The first time I used Are living Chat, I used to be at place #2 during the queue and it took 18 minutes till a live agent responded. The 2nd time, I used to be at position #2 once again, but this time it only took eight minutes wait around time. This is very great in comparison with other exchanges that only reply via e mail, without any Live Chat
